I have been a daily practitioner of Centering prayer since June 1, 2014. Centering prayer has changed my life. I love to write small articles that explore silent prayer and share the fruits that I have experienced as a result of my centering prayer practice. These fruits include: compassion, confidence, inner wisdom, empathy, non dual thinking, patience, inner peace, and presence to name a few. I look forward to sharing the beauty of silence and centering prayer with others who want to learn more.
I am currently writing a book with Amos Smith. Centering Prayer Journey: Discovering and Mirroring the Dynamic Christ and the Human Jesus is scheduled to come out in 2018. Amos Smith is the author of Be Still and Listen: Experience the Presence of God in Your Life and Healing the Divide: Recovering Christianity’s Mystic Roots. Learn more about Amos and our organization at www.RCMR5.org.
