What is being present?
Does one need to do the following to be fully present?
I ask this question to help myself be more present when my five year old is screaming. I ask this question to help myself be more present when the dog barks and I just do not feel like getting up to walk her. I ask this question when I am sitting in a meeting at work and a person in the meeting goes on and on taking forever to make his point.
How can I be fully present in the above settings?
