I love coffee.
I buy fresh coffee beans. I have them grind to French press. I make my coffee in a French press. For me, this is the only way to drink my coffee at home. My French press travels with me to work for Friday afternoons. It is shared with one or two others in the aisle.
I certainly enjoyed the Melbourne, Australian coffee. I particularly enjoyed the coffee I had today in a cafe called International Cakes in Melbourne, Australia. The coffee was freshly ground as I ordered it. To the best of my knowledge, they placed a thick milk in it and topped it off with a rich whipped cream of some type. It was magnificent.
I plan on spending the rest of my life exploring coffee cafés wherever I am.
I only hope I find another cup that matches or exceeds the one I had today in Melbourne, Australia.
Of course the chocolate eclair that I had with it was also quite good.
One last point, I mostly explore with my 12 year old daughter. I would not have it any other way. The rice pudding you see in the picture belongs to her.
