We Are One

I sit in silence

I open my whole being to God

I let go of all tensions in my body

I let go of all thoughts in my mind

I let go all all emotions in my heart

My body is relaxed

My mind has fallen into the spaces between all thoughts

My heart is empty

It is waiting to be filled with Divine energy

I have entered Divine Union

God is in me and I am in God

We are One
