Begin again.
At any moment you can choose to begin again.
Maybe you had a bad day.
Things did not go as you hoped they would.
Tomorrow you can begin again.
Or
Better yet.
You can take a silent pause.
And begin again NOW.
Not tomorrow.
That is why I find Centering Prayer so attractive.
It is like a reset button.
At any point during the day, I can stop what I do.
I can sit in the silence of Centering Prayer Prayer and
Reset
Refresh
and
Start again.
