Trust the process!
Centering Prayer is not a sprint.
It is a long term marathon with God.
God is a patient God.
So….
We should also be patient.
Silence teaches us who we are.
Centering Prayer teaches us when to take action
And also
When to be silent.
Sometimes no action is the best action.
(Have you ever noticed that before?)
Sometimes we say something and only after realize that our words were not the best action:)
So…..
Trust the process!
Trust God.
Keep at it everyday.
(Even better do it twice per day.)
Let me know if you need help.
