The Depths and Layers of Silence

Have you noticed the depths and layers of silence?

We start with a silent sit.

Our monkey mind works.

It has its own plans.

We then begin to notice our thoughts.

We are the observer of our thoughts.

They are not always what they seem to tell us who we are.

We then come to realize that we can let go of our thoughts.

We enter the spaces between our thoughts.

We are just being with Being.

We enter a deeper and deeper rest.

We are one with God and everything.

The depths of God are vast and endless.

They are always available to be explored when you enter this majestic silence.
