Centering Prayer: The Body of Christ

Through centering prayer, we begin to mirror Jesus.

The small tree begins to look like the big tree—it has the same imprint.

We become the human actions of Jesus.

We become His hands and feet in the world, the Body of Christ.

Centering prayer connects us to Jesus, and then we go forth into the world.

We prove that Jesus is not dead, for He is alive through our actions.

We are His body at work in the world.
