How Do You Nourish Your Soul?

My inner spirit is the seed from which my human actions sprout.

My centering prayer, along with my times of pause and prayer throughout the day, water my inner spirit.

My actions emerge from these roots, but the roots will shrivel without daily watering.

My daily waterings are centering prayer, silent pauses, and verbal prayer.

What are your daily waterings? Feel free to tell me here.
