My Outer World is a Reflection of my Inner World

In order to best live in this world, I continue my centering-prayer practice.

I don’t practice out of guilt; I do it because I love God.

I need this special time each day.

It refreshes, grounds, and centers me.

As I practice centering prayer, I live from this stable place more and more.

My outer world is a reflection of my inner world, centered, grounded, spacious.

What do you really want? Don’t think about what somebody else wants for you. Don’t think about what you think is possible for you. Dig into your heart. If anything were possible, what do you want? How do you want to live your life? What do you want to accomplish?
