What Is the Best Way to End Your Day?

I love to end each day with gratitude.

Before I go to bed I drop to my knees and thank God for all the big and little things that happened today.

Some examples include:

– Cup of coffee with my wife

– Walk with my daughter

– Task completed at work

– Talk with a friend

– Exercise at gym

– New book I am reading

I go to bed with a grateful attitude.

I am grateful I get to rest in the arms of God who loves and holds me while I sleep.

I wake up the next day feeling grateful and looking forward to the day ahead and what it will bring.
