God’s life and love flow through you as soon as you are ready to allow it.
This is what a contemplative practice such as centering prayer can help us allow.
Find the practice that resonates and best works for you.
Keep at it on a daily basis.
If possible, practice twice per day.
Why twice?
This will help keep the constant flow of God’s life and love through you.
If you miss your practice, forgive yourself.
Show up the next day.
This well has no bottom.
Trust your practice.
Which really means trust God.

Here are some things I have worked on with existing and former clients: develop and deepen your relationship with God, establish a long-term centering prayer practice, go deeper in your existing practice, discover your true self and begin to take action on this person, get out of your comfort zone and begin to do and accomplish things you never thought possible.
