Centering prayer slows us down.
This is a good thing!
We become more present.
We become one with God.
Our small mind and heart merges with the Larger Mind and Heart.
We tap into tremendous Inner Resources.
We are better able to hone in on the present moment and what it requires.
Tasks we previously overcomplicated seem simpler.
We have more and more aha moments.
We are better able to calm ourselves down when we face challenges and struggles.
I can’t becomes I can.
We begin to say and believe it when we say,
I can handle it.
We become better at listening and watching.
We become a sponge and soak in what we need for that moment.
If we become stuck, we become more comfortable with asking questions.
Slow down!
