Do you forgive yourself?
We can’t get stuck in being too hard on ourself mode.
It stops us from movement forward.
It paralyzes us.
We need to let it go.
This does not mean we should do it again:)
It means we forgive ourself and move on.
Centering prayer helps us let go of being too hard on ourself.
This is a barrier to the free flow of the Spirit within.
It is difficult to connect to our true self when we cannot forgive ourself.
Perhaps recite aloud or jot it down.
Give it all to God.
Say I am sorry. Please forgive me.
And move on.
God does not want us to bottle it up inside.
Let it go!
