Thank you for browsing. We are called to love God, love others and love ourselves. We are called to combat social injustice.
I have been a daily practitioner of Centering prayer since June 1, 2014. Centering prayer has changed my life. I enjoy writing short quotes and small articles that share the fruits that I have experienced as a result of my centering prayer practice. These fruits include: compassion, listening, empathy, non dual thinking, letting go, and presence to name a few. I look forward to sharing the beauty of silence and centering prayer with others who want to learn more.
I am currently writing a book with Amos Smith. Amos Smith is the author of Healing the Divide: Recovering Christianity’s Mystic Roots. I hold a leadership position with Amos Smith’s Organization, Recovering Christianity’s Mystic Roots (RCMR). Learn more about Amos’ book and organization at http://www.amossmith.org.
I look forward to reading your comments and actively responding to all of them. Again, thanks for stopping by.
Peace,
Rich Lewis
Though I didnt realize it at the time, God called me to contemplative prayer when early on in my Christian walk He gave me a dream of Psalm 46:10 – “Be still and know that I am God.” Its been a great journey of discovery since. I look forward to your book.
Justin – thanks for sharing a bit of your story! I am glad it’s been a great journey for you!
