Before I go to sleep, I implant in my subconscious (God) my dreams, goals, things I want to do tomorrow.
How will I know if they are in synch with God.
If their actions are of love, I am in synch with God.
They must only help and serve others for God is love.
I want these words to be the last things I say before I drift off to sleep.
I want them to brew with God in my subconscious.
I want to connect with the Larger Mind who knows all and will guide and point me in the right direction.
I connect to this Larger Mind in many ways.
When I fall asleep and quietly mutter my dreams and goals, I connect to the Larger Mind.
When I practice centering prayer, I open to the presence and actions of God within.
When I journal, I jot down the actions God wants me to take.
When I recite my affirmations, I speak to God, and we partner on them.
When I practice visualization, I see my dreams and goals as accomplished.
When I take a one-minute sit before I edit my second book, I ask God to create through me.
Lastly, when I pause before I react, I ask God to guide and direct me.
Each of these practices is a thread, weaving my heart and mind closer to the divine.
