Centering prayer (God) helps us let go of who we are not and become who we are!
We discover our true self: the person God wants us to be.
The exciting part is this is not an end point.
It is a life long journey to always discover our future self.
And then take action on this person.
I began to practice centering prayer on a daily basis June 1, 2014.
It changed my life!
It deepened my prayer life.
I become more aware of my oneness with God.
I continue to become more aware of my oneness with God.
This awareness shapes and forms who I am and the actions I need to take on a daily basis.
I return to my sits each day so I will continue be in synch with God.
I developed an inner confidence I did not know I had.
You will develop an inner confidence that you do not know you have.
I experienced inner nudges to try and do new things that were never even on the radar screen: create a web site, write and publish a book, speak in front of small and large groups, interview on podcasts, coach others, conduct monthly zoom gatherings, collaborate with others in my space, write my second book.
I will continue to trust these inner nudges from God and then go where they take me.
You will continue to trust these inner nudges from God and then go where they take you.
Next weekend! Still time to register for the Contemplative Prayer Summit. Listen live or with access to the recordings.
