Stuck? Begin Living It Now

Are you stuck?

What do I mean by that?

You sense who you want to be.
You feel the desires stirring in your heart.
Yet your outer life doesn’t seem to match your inner longing.

There’s a gap between who you want to be and the reality you’re living.

So let me ask it this way:

Are you embodying the person you want to be?

A desire, by itself, is only a possibility.
It has no power until it becomes lived.

To become this person, you must embody it.

That means you don’t wait for some future moment.
You begin
now.

You feel like this person internally.
You believe you are this person now.
You live
from this identity, not toward it.

When you do, something shifts.

Your actions begin to align naturally.
Your choices change.
Your posture toward life softens and strengthens at the same time.

Don’t worry about the how.
The how often reveals itself only after we move forward in faith.

As you do, you begin to notice people, opportunities, and insights that were always there, but invisible until you were ready.

Several practices have helped me live this way.

Centering prayer helps me release who I am not and consent to who I truly am.

Affirmations help anchor this truth. I repeat them with conviction:
I am so happy and grateful now that…

Journaling helps me give it language. I write with clarity, emotion, and belief about what I am becoming and experiencing.

Visualization helps me embody it. I lie still, close my eyes, see it done, and feel the emotions of a completed reality.

Gratitude grounds it all. I am grateful for what I have now, and I am grateful for what is unfolding.

Most importantly, I don’t do this alone.

I partner with God.

I can try to manage life by myself, or I can walk with God and with others.

Within me are the infinite wisdom and resources of God.
With faith and God’s wisdom, mountains move.

And with that same faith and wisdom, you can and will move mountains too.

So let me ask you again:

What are you waiting for?

If you find yourself feeling stuck and longing for clarity, this is the kind of work I do in my one-on-one coaching—helping people slow down, listen deeply, and begin living from who they are becoming. You can learn more here.
