Just show up.
Find your well.
Dig deep and see where it takes you.
Centering prayer is my well.
I began this practice in June of 2014.
It resonated with me.
As much as possible, I practice it twice per day.
I need this time!
Silence teaches me who I am and the actions God wants me to take.
It connects me to my true self, the person God wants me to be, and helps me notice the actions God wants me to take.
The exciting part is my true self is not an end point.
It is a lifelong journey.
I sit and then I walk with God.
I partner with God.
We need each other.
I need God’s infinite resources, wisdom, and love.
God needs my actions.
I encourage you to find your well and then dig deep into this well.
Its depths are bottomless.
If centering prayer does not resonate with you, find a practice that does.
Just show up.
Dig deep.
See where God takes you.
Grateful you are here,
Rich
