Discovering Divine Direction: A Journey Through Journaling

Where do you see God giving you greater insight and capability?

I love this journal prompt from Dr. Benjamin Hardy! I encourage you to take some time to reflect and write. See what insights come to you.

As for me, here’s what I hear God telling me:

🔹 I don’t need to know all the steps—just the next one. Nothing happens without movement, and every result is simply feedback guiding me to the next best step. There is no wrong next step.

🔹 Growth happens in community. A mastermind—a small group of 4-6 people meeting weekly—offers support, encouragement, and a space to ask questions.

🔹 Learning is limitless. Books, podcasts, courses, live events, coaching—God is urging me to leverage every opportunity to grow.

🔹 Comfort zones are meant to be stretched. God is calling me to step out, try new things, and let the greatness within me rise.

🔹 Above all, God is reminding me to listen—through Centering Prayer and journaling. When I slow down and create space, I hear the prayers God has placed in me, revealed on the page. Let me clarify. I do not journal as part of centering prayer. I journal after centering prayer.

God and I make a powerful team. ✨

Now it’s your turn—grab a journal, sit in silence, and see what God is speaking into your life. I’d love to hear what comes up for you!

I encourage you to check out a few books by Benjamin Hardy. I have read all of these!
